Demo Tables are a great, affordable way for both Founders and Service Providers to show their products and get increased exposure at the Event. These 60″x24″ tables are located in the networking, food and drinks area, include 2 chairs and a black drape, have ample surrounding space for a company sign or kiosk, and have access to both high speed internet and power.

Demo Table Competition

All Demo Table companies also get to participate in the Demo Table Competition. The three most interesting Demo Table Companies, as voted by the audience at the event, get to present for 1 minute on stage to Judging Panel, in front of hundreds of investors and press. Plus, they’ll each get $250 in Elance credit. After all, why should the Pitch Competition presenters have all the fun?

The Economy Table Package

The Economy Table package is your cheapest option. It includes an event table, entrance into the Demo Table Competition, and 2 tickets to the event. There are only 5 Economy Tables available, and table placement will be determined after all Gold and Silver Tables have been placed.

The Silver Table Package

The Silver Table package is our most popular option. It includes an event table, a listing in a pre-event email to all investors and press, a mention in a post-event email to all attendees, entrance into the Demo Table Competition, and 2 tickets to the event. Silver Table purchasers will be contacted to select their location on a table map after the Gold Table selections in the order of purchase. You will also get a brief consultation to help you select your location and plan your presence at the event. If your company already plans to bring more than one person to the event, upgrading to a Silver Table Package is a great value.

The Gold Table Package

For just $250 more, the Gold Table Package includes a paper/card insert in the attendee bag, first preference for your table location, a listing in a pre-event email to all investors and press, a mention in both a pre-event and post-event email to all attendees, pre-event social media promotion, entrance into the Demo Table Competition, your large logo rotating on stage throughout the event, and 3 tickets to the event. Shortly after purchasing your Gold Table you will be given access to a table map, and will be able to choose your desired table prior to any Silver or Economy Table selections. You will also get a brief consultation to help you select your location and plan your presence at the event. We sell a very limited number of Gold Tables per event.
