Hiten is one of the most popular figures in Silicon Valley today, widely seen as the go-to expert on online metrics, products and marketing. He started on the Internet by founding an Internet marketing consultancy, ACS, and then went on to create Crazy Egg, an analytics tool that visualizes the user experience on a website.
