The Founder Showcase is Silicon Valley’s leading international startup pitch event.
The event is hosted by the Founder Institute, the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator.
Since 2009 the event was run 16 times in person, and in 2020 the event was moved online in response to the global pandemic.
If you’ve never been to a Founder Showcase, here is how it works;
For starters, we get the top figures in Silicon Valley and beyond to discuss pressing topics in startups and venture capital. Since 2009, we’ve been truly honored by the names that graced our stage – including Elon Musk, Naval Ravikant, Rebecca Enonchong, David Sacks, Phil Libin, Keith Rabois, Chris Dixon, Kevin Rose, Mark Suster… just to name a few.
Second, as a pre-seed startup event we give you the chance to see some of the most interesting companies of tomorrow before anyone else. A short-list of companies that pitched at the Founder Showcase in their pre-seed state includes Udemy, Relay Rides, Thumbtack, Realty Mogul, Kaggle, and many more.
Third, we leverage the global network of the Founder Institute, which has chapters in over 200 cities in 100 countries. As a result, the Founder Showcase showcases the most international blend of promising companies, and brings together the most international audience of entrepreneurs, investors, and media.
Since inception the event has been Produced by Jonathan Greechan (Co-Founder of the Founder Institute). If you have any feedback or would like to partner with us, email showcase@founderinstitute.com.
